Julie is a photographer based out of Little Rock, Arkansas, who loves bold lighting and thoughtful storytelling. With over 15 years in business behind the camera across five states, she works in weddings, events, commercial projects, and creative portraits with a cinematic touch.
She also collaborates behind the scenes as a creative and lighting director for other photographers, and works as a gaffer on independent film projects—bringing her lighting expertise into both still and motion worlds.
As an educator, Julie keeps lighting approachable and hands-on, helping photographers build confidence and create work that feels true to their own voice.
Outside of work, she’s enjoying country life, homeschooling four kids, and making everyday moments (and her famously dramatic chickens) look unexpectedly magical.
